Construction of the Center for Applied Biology and Innovative Food Production Technologies along with internal installations and technical infrastructure at Chełmonski st in Wroclaw.

 

Research Center – Center for Applied Biology and Innovative Food Production Technologies established in order to transfer the results of laboratory tests to the scale of the so-called “small technique” and semi-technical scale, for the development of new production technologies and recipes for final food products. Laboratory workshops will be able to carry out comprehensive qualitative and quantitative assessment of products and all components included in them, including physicochemical, biological, microbiological and sensory tests. Both industrial and R&D research, as well as basic research and development work oriented towards implementation, will be able to be carried out. A particularly important goal of the presented project is to create innovative technologies for obtaining bioactive ingredients contained in new generation food. The products developed will include: belong to the group of foodstuffs for special purposes that reduce the incidence of lifestyle diseases. The center’s activities will also concern the processing of by-products from the processing of animal and plant raw materials.
