The competition concept assumed the division of the building into three basic parts – a laboratory, a veterinary polyclinic and a conference and administration part cooperating with them. The form and construction of the building has been adopted in such a way that the facility has a modular structure. The new headquarters was to be connected to the existing pathomorphology building and spatially link the already developed areas with the new investment. The facility, from the assumption and purpose, did not negatively affect the layout of existing and used pastures, field roads and other agricultural land, and did not interfere with the existing technical infrastructure.
